Morning Star Boys’ Ranch strives to create a supportive learning environment within our residential facility.  Our goal is to promote accountability and high performance standards while helping residents maintain a dynamic vision for the future.  All of our residents will have access to the appropriate academic/educational program according to their needs, skills and emotional and behavioral functioning.  Morning Star residents attend local Spokane School District 81 Elementary, Middle & High Schools.  We work closely with each school to ensure our residents are receiving the best class, teacher and resource “fit” for their needs.
